Haverfordwest Leisure Centre Cottons won the Design & Build competition for the new Haverfordwest Leisure Centre in November 2006 and site clearance started in the December. The contract, valued at £8.3 million, is due for substantial completion in December 2008 with the opening planned for February 2009.

Sauna and Steam Room Dance Studio Fitness Gym Creche Cafe Undercroft car parking for 90 cars | The contract includes mechanical installations for water, heating (including biomass boiler), ventilation, pool treatment and electrical to include lighting, power and communication. Work included the demolition of the former National Park Offices and County Council Offices on St Thomas' Green.
