reach their full potential. This is reflected in the make up of our
current management team, many of whom have risen through the ranks and
served the company for many years. We also embrace talented newcomers to
strengthen our team and bring in new ideas.
Based on a direct labour policy with an outstanding service
record – typified by instances of over 30 years service and father-and-son
pairings. At present there are approximately 50 operatives
who form a good cross section of skilled industry
The company has a long-standing policy of training trade
apprentices. There is total support and opportunity for the right
candidate to progress to the management team.
